1. Free Trial
All new premium subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:
- You have full access to all premium features
- You can generate unlimited podcast summaries
- Your payment method will be authorized but not charged
- You can cancel at any time without being charged
1.1 Trial Cancellation
If you cancel during the 7-day trial period:
- You will not be charged
- Your premium access will continue until the end of the trial period
- After the trial ends, you will revert to the free tier
1.2 After Trial Ends
If you do not cancel before the trial ends:
- Your selected subscription plan will automatically begin
- Your payment method will be charged
- You will continue to have premium access
2. Subscription Payments
2.1 Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscriptions are billed at $4.99 per month. After the initial payment:
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month
- You have 14 days from the payment date to request a refund
- You can cancel to prevent future charges
2.2 Annual Subscription
Annual subscriptions are billed at $39.99 per year (equivalent to $3.33/month). After the initial payment:
- Subscriptions automatically renew each year
- You have 14 days from the payment date to request a refund
- You can cancel to prevent future charges
3. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with PodGlimpse Premium for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
3.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email us at nimrodmargalit@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject
- Include your account email address
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
3.2 What Happens After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window has passed:
- Subscription payments are non-refundable
- You can still cancel to prevent future charges
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- No refunds for unused features or summaries
- No refunds for downgrades from annual to monthly plans
3.3 Exceptions After 14 Days
Beyond the 14-day window, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Unauthorized transactions (with verification)
- Service unavailability for extended periods

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of these methods:

- Navigate to your subscription settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
4.2 Through Paddle
As our payment processor, Paddle provides a customer portal where you can:
- Access the Paddle customer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email)
- View your subscription details
- Cancel your subscription
4.3 Contact Support
If you're having trouble cancelling, email us at nimrodmargalit@gmail.com and we will process your cancellation request within 24 hours.
5. What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will not be charged for future billing periods
- Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period
- After your subscription ends, you will revert to the free tier
- Your account and any saved preferences will be retained
6. Resubscribing
If you cancel and later decide to resubscribe:
- You can subscribe again at any time
- Previous subscribers are not eligible for another free trial
- You will be charged immediately upon resubscribing
7. Price Changes
If we change our subscription prices:
- We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
- Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle
- You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree
8. Payment Issues
8.1 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method again

- If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended
